The Resort and Beach |
Some of the highlights of a 7-day stay at this lush resort are the beautiful gardens and wildlife around the resort, particularly along the cobble-stone path to the powdery white sand beach. Guests never feel crowded in this 350 room resort. On the grounds monkeys, iguanas, a vast array of birds and other interesting wildife, like the odd raccoon-like creatures greet guests.
Rooms in this tropical all-inclusive resort are either Standard or Ocean Front Jr. Suite and my clients were sure that there is probably not a bad room in the place. They enjoyed the spacious accommodations that include either 2 double beds or 1 king size bed plus balcony with either garden/jungle/pool or oceanview room; Air conditioning; mini bar; ceiling fan; coffee service; bathroom w/ shower; telephone; hair dryer; digital safe; color tv with cable; remote control; iron; ironing board. Everything to make you feel right at home.

For those wanting to venture outside the resort, you can take a safe 30 minute walk within the gated community to a lovely shopping area within Playa Del Carmen or take an excursion to see the Mayan sites, but it is highly suggested to not leave the resort after dark. There is evening entertainment and a disco on site so you can enjoy the nightlife right at the resort.
